Add diced apples, coconut oil or butter and a dash of water to a pot. Simmer on medium-low until apples begin to cook through, stirring often to distribute heat evenly. When the apples begin to soften add the sugar and jam and stir. Cook, covered until the apples are desired softness.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it to desired shape. Fill with the apple mixture and create your own beautiful strudel design! Bake the strudel according to the puff pastry package instructions.
