Chai Tahini Dark Chocolate Fudge
Black Cherry Chai Jam

  • 1 C dark chocolate chips (preferably low sugar)
  • 2 TBSP tahini
  • 4 TBSP Black Cherry Chai jam
  • ¼ C dried cherries
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Sea Salt, to taste

In a small saucepan combine chocolate, tahini and jam over low heat. Stir continuously until all the chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat and fold in dried cherries.

On a parchment lined baking sheet spread out melted chocolate mixture into 1/4" layer. Sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds. Freeze for an hour or until frozen through.

Remove from freezer and break/cut into chunks. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
